CURRY PASTES and MORE

If you do not have the time or inclination to make the curry pastes we made in the Thai cooking classes, all you have to do is to call or email me and you can purchase it from me.

Red or Green or Massaman Curry pastes all available in 4oz size or 8oz sizes
The jars are Le Parfait maison jars and once the curry paste is finished you can wash them and fill with anything you choose.

The uncooked paste will keep in your fridge for approximately up to 6-8 weeks.
Just use 2 – 3 tablespoons each time you want a delicious curry.

Alternatively, you can transfer 2-3 tablespoons of the uncooked curry paste to individual freezer bags and pop it in the freezer. Take out what you want when you want it! Let it thaw out naturally, not in the microwave.

You can also purchase a special package of The Blonde Thai Curry Paste, small bottle of Fish Sauce and a Can of Aroy Coconut Milk.
