It is an honor to be a contributing Thai chef representing the USA and featured in an international Thai cookbook called “The Thai Table” by Terry Tan published in London and the Far East.

The Thai Table has won The Gourmand Food Award 2008 for the “Best Foreign Cuisine Cookbook” category and has been nominated for “Best Thai Cookbook of the World 2008.”

The Gourmand Awards are the equivalent of the culinary Oscars!
